The site is now hosting a campaign that’s raised over $230,000, for a teen accused of murder.
And people are livid.
“Take down Karmelo Anthony’s fundraiser. He is a murderer. He admitted to it,” one user posted, tagging the site’s founder.
Another wrote:
“So stabbing someone gets you 200K now? What is WRONG with people?!”
This isn’t even new for GiveSendGo.
They’ve also hosted fundraisers for Kyle Rittenhouse, Capitol rioters, and members of the Proud Boys.
Yep — that Proud Boys.
The site’s whole thing? “We believe everyone deserves help, no matter what.”
But that line’s wearing thin.
Critics say the site profits from pain, turning tragedy into cash. Supporters argue it’s about legal rights, free speech, and not judging before trial.
Still, $230K for a kid charged with a fatal stabbing at a school event?
Yeah. That one’s not going down well.
GiveSendGo hasn’t taken it down. In fact, donations are still rolling in.
And with every dollar, so is the backlash.
