A viral kiss cam moment featuring Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert has taken the internet by storm — and now, all eyes are on a third person caught in the frame.
The Scandal at a Glance
During Coldplay’s Boston show, a kiss cam captured Byron and Cabot sitting close together before awkwardly ducking to avoid the spotlight. The moment fueled online speculation about a workplace affair — particularly since Byron is married with two children, and Cabot serves as HR head at the same company.
But what grabbed even more attention?
A woman sitting right beside them whose icy, knowing expression has now gone viral — with people dubbing her the “She knows everything” woman.
Who Is the Woman Beside Them?
Internet detectives quickly identified her as Alyssa Stoddard, who recently joined Astronomer as Senior Director of People in January 2025. In her LinkedIn post announcing the move, she mentioned working directly with Kristin Cabot and expressed excitement about her new role in the company’s People team.
Her resume includes past roles at Proofpoint, Neo4j, Observe.I, and a board seat at Little Sparks Project.
Now, her visible reaction during the concert — a look some call a mix of disbelief and forced neutrality — is being shared across TikTok and X with captions like “She’s already planning her two-week notice” and “She knew the whole time.”
Meanwhile, Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, an educator in Massachusetts, has received a wave of public sympathy. Following the incident, she removed “Byron” from her social media handles and eventually deactivated her Facebook account.
Astronomer — a New York-based data platform company known for Astro, a DataOps tool for Apache Airflow — has not issued any official statement regarding the incident. Its executive team currently includes Pete DeJoy, Julian LaNeve, Bhanu Sareddy, and Kristin Cabot.
What began as a kiss cam clip has morphed into a viral case of workplace drama, internet sleuthing, and public accountability. With memes, reactions, and unanswered questions still circulating, one thing’s for sure: the internet won’t stop watching — especially Alyssa Stoddard, the woman who seemingly “knew everything.”
