Justifying their name ‘Hyper Kids’ this little group of dancers amazed the judges and the audience through their stunning performance. Hyper kids are coming from Kampala,Uganda and there are seven members in the group.
They impressed everyone during their audition, earning unanimous ‘yes’ votes from the judges. After their Quarterfinals performance, which they received all 4 standing ovations, Sofía Vergara confidently predicted that the American audience would “love the group.” Their journey from Uganda to the AGT stage is a proof to their passion and talent.
Background
The talented group of youngsters are coming from Kampala, Uganda by following their dream to perform on a world stage. Hyper kids are a group of 50 former street kids and orphans with multi-talented passion for dance, music, and entertainment.
They live in a one home located in Munyonyo, Kampala, with their founder and manger Moses Butindo and his wife with the help of their well-wishers.
Hyper Kids seems to follow in the footsteps of the Triplets Ghetto Kids, also from Uganda, who took the same stage last year and also at the Britain’s Got Talent where they even received a Golden Buzzer from one of judges.

What happened in America’s Got Talent?
Audition
This little dancers shifted their dancing style from a fun way to a serious one. And then gradually, started to awe struck the audience and the judges with their boundless energy, passion and creativity.
At the end of their audition Howie Mandel commented ” Wow, that was so energetic, so raw and I think this is an amazing viral moment.” The kids jumped around the stage and showed their energetic joyfulness as the audience encouraged them.
Heidi Klum added ”It is incredible how many things you could pile up into these two minutes.” They left the stage with four yeses in a victorious way with the audience standing and cheering for them.
Quarter- Finals
Hypers Kids Africa, best known for their energetic and acrobatic dance routines, delivered a thrilling performance in the Quarterfinals to C+C Music Factory’s “Gonna Make You Sweat.” All the judges, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell gave them standing ovations.
The group’s act was met with roaring applause from the audience. Simon called their performance “fantastic chaos” and praised them for “upping their game.”
Howie said he could feel their “heart and joy” in every move, while Heidi complimented their talent saying “I fall in love with you”.
Sofia Vergara predicted they’ll “do amazing in this competition” because people love them. However, they cold not make it to the semi finals.
