He allegedly used a pair of scissors with his feet to stab a tourist, Cesar Coronado, as confirmed by the Miami Beach Police Department.
The incident occurred when Coronado allegedly asked Crenshaw for directions, resulting in the attack. Cesar Coronado, aged 22, was subsequently taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
