This wrapped red tortilla has rice, cheese, beef, and red tortilla strips inside. You can buy a packet of Cayenne Popping Crystals and sprinkle over this. The popping of Pop Rocks in your mouth will add the strangest feeling to this experience. Reviewers have enjoyed its sizzling effect. This is a worthy experience you should get.
