Chase rose to fame on ‘Ned’s Declassified’ between 2004 and 2007, portraying the endearing Martin Qwerly. However, life after stardom hasn’t been kind.
“Tylor needs medical attention not money. But he refuses it,” Chase’s mother shared about his current situation.
The video’s impact saw fans launch a GoFundMe page, raising over $1,200, although it was later shut down by his mother, aiming for medical help for Chase.
