President Trump has stated he will make a decisive move regarding U.S. involvement in the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran within the next two weeks. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared his message: “based on the fact that there’s a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks.”
For weeks, the conflict has intensified with Israel conducting airstrikes targeting Iran’s nuclear capabilities after giving a warning period that Iran seemingly ignored.
“Iran went for 60 days without coming to the table. On day 61, Israel took action against Iran,” said Leavitt.
