President Donald Trump is “fully fit” to execute his duties as Commander-in-Chief, according to a medical memo released Sunday by the White House physician following Trump’s annual physical.
The report, issued by Dr. Sean Barbabella, declared Trump in “excellent cognitive and physical health.” It highlighted normal results across all major bodily systems and a perfect 30/30 score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.
Key health stats include:
- Weight: 224 pounds
- Height: 75 inches
- Resting heart rate: 62 bpm
- Blood pressure: 128/74 mmHg
The memo also noted scarring on Trump’s right ear from a past assassination attempt in Pennsylvania and mentioned a past cataract surgery and a diagnosis of diverticulitis following a colonoscopy last summer.
Barbabella credited Trump’s “active lifestyle,” including participation in meetings and regular golf, as major contributors to his robust health.
The update comes amid ongoing public scrutiny of political leaders’ ages and capabilities as the 2024 election cycle intensifies.
