Authorities reveal she tortured a person before throwing them from a ninth-floor window. “It shocks the conscience that the Biden administration released into America a cruel, violent illegal alien who tortured a human being,” reflected DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
Victoria Sorocean was first arrested by ICE on January 10, 2020, but managed to delay her deportation through legal maneuvers, only to be released in 2022 under administrative shifts. The crime dates back to 2013 in Chisinau, Moldova, where Sorocean, with an accomplice, enacted a horrific act.
