The Hakuna Matata Acrobats is a talented group of performers from Tanzania. The Hakuna Matata Acrobats are a dynamic group consisting of Ali, Michaela, and Aziz. Ali began his acrobatic journey at the age of 8 in Kenya, mastering East African style acrobatics before performing with Circus Vegas and Circus Gerbola in Ireland.
In 2007, he co-founded Hakuna Matata with Michaela, showcasing their skills at popular events like the Festival of Fools in Belfast and the Street Performance World Championship in Dublin.

What happened in America’s Got Talent?
Audition
During their AGT audition, the Hakuna Matata Acrobats performed a series of jaw-dropping stunts that included balancing on rollers, hand balancing, and forming human pyramids. Their final act was a three-tier stack on top of a rolla bolla. It made the audience and judges holding their breath.
The judges and the audience were very impressed although they seemed like failed in the begining of the act.

Sofia Vergara was so amazed that she hit the Golden Buzzer, sending them straight to the Finals. This was Sofia’s first-ever Golden Buzzer in the Live Shows, marking a historic moment.

IIn their final performance, they once again pushed the boundaries of danger with a daring routine that involved balancing on rolling platforms and building human towers. Though they had a slight misstep at the beginning, they recovered smoothly and ended with a jaw-dropping teetering ladder trick that took place right in front of the judges.
Sofia admitted she was nervous for them because of the risks involved but was proud of their courage. Howie praised them for being “even more dangerous” than the famous Ramadhani Brothers from past seasons.
Simon appreciated that their performance got “bigger and crazier” as it progressed, making them one of the most thrilling acts of the night.
