Elon Musk Is In A Lawsuit | His Ex-Girlfriend Grimes Goes Against Elon!

The Internet is buzzing with the news about Elon Musk’s on-and-off partner Grimes. She is taking him to Court to win parental rights over their three children. Grimes, born Claire Boucher, has filed a petition to establish a parental relationship on September 29 in San Francisco. This is a common practice among unmarried parents. Grimes’ legal action follows her claims that Musk has been withholding their kids from her. She filed this petition just weeks after Grimes posted to X (formerly Twitter) asking Musk’s biographer, Walter Isaacson to “tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer.” She later deleted the post. The couple has three children, son, X Æ A-12, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, and their third child, a son, Techno Mechanicus.

Reports say that unless there is a finding Grimes is an unfit parent, she would almost certainly get parental rights over her children. In the tweet, Grimes also said referring to a photo of the toddlers in Musk’s biographer Isaacson’s tweet, “I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart.” Grimes and Musk had dated on and off from 2018 to 2021. They were confirmed to have broken up in September 2021.

Musk’s relationship with his family has always been messy. He has 11 children and is a three-time divorcee. He also has a rough relationship with his daughter Vivian for being transphobic. So Grimes’ choice to have more supervision over her children comes as no surprise. Grimes seems to be following the same path as Sophie Turner. She is just yet another celebrity mom to takes her ex to court.
