Former U.S. President Joe Biden is facing a serious health battle after being diagnosed with the most aggressive form of prostate cancer, medical experts confirmed. The cancer, marked by a Gleason score of 9 and Grade Group 5, has already metastasized to his bones indicating an advanced stage of the disease.
Fox News senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel stated the diagnosis carries a grim prognosis, with a five-year survival rate between 30% and 40%. “It’s the most aggressive type,” Siegel explained. “That means it has the highest risk of spread which obviously he has had.”
Biden, 82, reportedly sought medical attention for urinary symptoms a sign the disease had already progressed. Experts note that prostate cancer typically goes unnoticed in early stages and is often asymptomatic, making late detection especially dangerous.
