Jack Posobiec, a contributor to Turning Point USA, told NewsNation that Erika is “unbelievably strong” as she leans on prayer. “At the same time someone’s going to have to explain to his son and daughter why their dad didn’t come home yesterday,” Posobiec said. He described the couple as “very deeply Christian” and devoted to their faith beyond the public eye.

Erika and Charlie married in May 2021 in what she described as a “very intimate” ceremony in Arizona. They celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary earlier this year.
