This man was taking “Upskirt-Photos” of women Orange County Car Wash

A man who was caught taking upskirt photos of a woman at an Orange County car wash has been arrested and police believe there may be more victims.

In July 2018, the Irvine Police Department received a report from a woman who said that a man approached her while at a car wash on the 3000 block of Main Street in Irvine. She turned to look at the man, who had pretended to drop his phone directly beneath her dress. Next, she saw him attempt to place his phone on the ground near her while she vacuumed her car, police said. 

Before quickly leaving the car wash, the victim took a picture of the license plate on the man’s blue Mini Cooper. 

Nathan Martin Haley, 45, of Portola Hills turned himself into police in April 2019. Detectives obtained a search warrant for his phone, which contained inappropriate pictures of that nature. The victim also identified Haley as the man at the car wash.
